Dr.Sharad Pandit is the patron and guiding force of Ashadeep. Dr. Pandit is a man of unparalleled personality. He is Divisional Joint Director (Health) and Chief Medical & Health Officer Indore. He has got the instinct of justice and devotion to the society in heritage by his father Late Shri Yashwant Rao Pandit, a District Judge and his mother who is a social worker. Dr. Pandit has always been cordial and cooperative to the needy and poor. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Dr. Pandit is an angel to the poor. Dr. Pandit also inspire and has been inspiring the youth of today by his brainstorming thoughts and has always given priority to the welfare of the society. Dr. (Mrs.) Asha Pandit is a noted and renowned name in the field of social service. She is also having the credit of being the first lady ENT surgeon of Madhya Pradesh. Hundreds of patients from Indore and Malwa anchal come here for the treatment and go with a sound health and happy mind. Suitable concession in the treatment as per the financial condition of the patient proves the resolution of Ashadeep. On many occasion, looking to the financial condition of the patient, operations and treatment are done absolutely free of cost. Services for X-ray, sonography, ECG, optical shop, drug bank are also available in the hospital premises at subsidized rates. Spects and medicines are also made available to the needy persons on very economical rates through the optical shop and medical shop of the trust
Asha Deep organize various health activities through out the year. The trust organize health camps for bringing health awareness in the society. Various medical examinations and aids are being extended to the visitors in these camps by exploiting the available resources to the fullest for obtaining optimum level of good health.
